Service & Booking Questions

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment is necessary. Walk-in patients are welcome throughout the day during our regular clinic hours. We’re open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you prefer, you can also book an appointment online through HealthQuest, by phone, or in person.

Is the clinic accepting new patients?

Yes! Dr. Adetutu Akeju, Dr. Temitope Ihekuna, Dr. Ahmed El Ernaout, and Dr. Esam El Babour are currently accepting new patients. Whether you’re looking for a family doctor, need same-day care, or prefer to walk in, we’re here to help.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your Alberta Health Care card and photo identification, along with a current list of any medications.

Do I need a referral?

You can book an appointment with one of our family doctors without a referral. However, some specialized services may require one. If you’re unsure about whether a referral is needed, please reach out to the clinic to confirm.
